The initiative outlined by Currents.fm brings together more than 300 artists in the alignment, in order to provide a journey that takes place in a “2D multiverse” that aims to connect artistic communities, through a series of ways: audiovisual installations, presentations, workshops and, of course, DJ sets.
These artistic creations were released in the virtual world, either in stream, either in interactive window, in a non-stop festival for several days.
At this festival, Tó Trips, DJ Lynce, Ossa Di Mare, Jamaica Suk, Farmwarth, Alex Zhang-Hungtai, Débora Silva, Jonathan Uliel Saldanha, Mette Rasmussen, Ricardo Martins, Otsoa and Dust Devices stood out through the label Revolve. Also the various guest editors come from the four corners of the world.
Launched on Women's Day, this community has launched more than 2000 women artists from diffrent 80 countries, both in electronics and media arts.
